Dear Aion players:

Happy new year!  We want to let all of our customers know that there are three methods for the Aion Kinah delivery. Not only do we give what the customers have purchased, we also hope Kinah sales will not cause trouble with the status of the customer's account, even though we do not take any responsibility of bans or punishments.

1.Face-to-face delivery:  This is an easy way to deliver the Kinah as well, however occasionally the demand of the Kinah is not met, therefore there will be a possibility that customers will need to wait before their Kinah is delivered.  If possible, you can tell us your phone number for efficiency in terms of communication.

2.Put something in auction house(Broker), which will be told by us.  Sell something in the auction house, where the price of the item(s) is equivalent to the Kinah you bought.  You MUST tell us the item(s) you are selling and make sure it is clear that we are able to purchase the item.  Therefore,Broker will charge 2.1%-2.3% tax, customers pay the fee. This method is considered efficient as the customer do not have to be online, and safe.

3.Another way is send Kinah via Game Mail: This is the easiest way to deliver the Kinah.  Customers do not have to be online, and thus when the Kinah is ready to be delivered, an in-game mail will be sent.  This, however, is NOT the safest way.

Choose the delivery method out of the three while you are making an order, and tell us via the live chat which method you chose.
